Originally
started in May 2000 by three original directors Jim Wyper, Evelyn Campbell and Ken
Dougall to supply fixed and portable gas detection solutions to industry.
Over the years
the company has shown impressive growth through relationships built with
customers and market leading manufacturers.
In 2007 EGM acquired
the occupational hygiene division of KAD Detection systems which expanded the range
of products to now include sound level meters, air sampling equipment and
vibration monitoring equipment. It meant that now EGM could be a “one stop shop”
for all health, safety and environmental monitoring instrumentation.
The 20 year
anniversary marks an important milestone for the company as we look back on our
growth, accomplishments and relationships built with customers and our
suppliers.
We would like
to thank everyone who has been involved in supporting EGM Ltd reaching 20 years
of success. Success that has been possible because of the support of our
customers who rely on our products and services, as well as our team at EGM who
go the extra mile to make sure our customers are taken good care of.
