Quality, why does it matter? This month at EGM, we’re proud to announce that we’re been awarded our most recent Quality Certificate, ISO 9001:2015. It’s a process that we undertake regularly, as this simple accreditation really matters to us – in fact, many of our multi-national clients require it before they’ll consider working with us. But why does this certificate matter so much? We thought we’d delve a little more deeply into its significance. Of course, at a basic level, it gives our customers confidence in our processes, efficiency and productivity; but the quality movement also provides a backbone to industry and commerce all around the world.
