1. Hire term (weeks) - the number of weeks for which you wish to hire this instrument
2. Date of hire - the date you wish hire to start
   
3. Qty- the number of instruments you require
   

Notes

• Date of hire does not guarantee availability until confirmed by EGM
• If you exceed the agreed hire period each additional day will be charged at £30

For the detection of %LEL, Carbon Monoxide, Hydrogen Sulphide and Oxygen.

Instrument hire is £45 per week.

Hire units will not be despatched until a copy of the hire terms and conditions have been signed.
